So excited and also pretty humbled to start a new non profit in the area of Zeeland Michigan. I have just signed a lease at City on A Hill in Zeeland for a 2 year contract to teach sewing to young ladies or guys.
These students will be from local schools, homeschools, other non profit organizations who refer those who need to learn some new skills. These skills can help them to earn some much needed extra income and offer hope to a difficult lifestyle situation.
The ball is moving in so many areas of this ministry. I am giving thanks to my Lord and Savior. He placed this burden/dream on my heart.
The intention of this ministry is to provide hope and healing to those who need it. It also aims to transform hearts towards a God who deeply loves them. This can be done with love and lessons on sewing, living, learning and growing.
Having someone in your corner to teach and encourage is a lifeline to those who are searching for a new way of moving forward in life.
